How do I renew my membership?

To renew your membership and view your online profile, follow these steps:

  • Log on to www.msca-online.com/account/login and log in with your member ID and password.
  • Once you log in, your profile will be on the home page - if it's not, please click 'Welcome, [your name here]' in the top right corner. On the right hand side, there is a list of 'Other Actions'. Please click on 'Renew My Membership'. You can then choose to renew your membership or renew your colleague's membership using their express code*. 
  • For non-members renewing for members (i.e. admin staff, assistants, etc.), please visit www.msca-online.com and click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner. It will bring you to an empty shopping cart. On the right hand side, please click on 'Membership Renewal - Purchase Now'. You can then select 'Renew for a Member'. You will need the member's express code* to renew for them. Once completed, their renewal will be added to their shopping cart and you can continue to add members to the same shopping cart through this same process and complete one checkout and one receipt for your convenience.
  • NOTE: The contact information in your profile is what will be printed in the annual MSCA Membership Directory, so please make sure your online profile contact information is complete and accurate by January 31. Anything received after that will not be reflected in the Membership Directory. Also, don't forget to email your headshot to info@msca-online.com.

How can I search the member directory?

  • Sign-in with your Member ID and Password (Log In can be found in the upper right hand corner of the website).
  • Your member profile will appear when you first log in to the website.
  • Displayed to the left will be the 'Member Directory Search'.
  • Type in keywords (such as company names or member names); or click 'Advanced Search' where you can search more indepth.

How do I find archived MSCA Connect Online Newsletters?

  • Click on the Resources tab on the top menu bar.
  • Click on Newsletters.
  • Browse by year or type in keyword. 
  • Click 'Download' next to desired newsletter.

How do I update my online member profile?

  • Sign-in with your Member ID and Password (Log In can be found in the upper right hand corner of the website).
  • Your member profile will appear when you first log in to the website. Click 'Edit Profile' on the right hand navigation bar.
  • Edit your profile accordingly, and click 'Save' at the bottom of the page once your changes have been made.
  • Once you navigate away from this page, to make further changes, click 'Welcome, Your Name' (displayed at the top of the website) and you will be redirected to your member profile once again where you can update your profile.
