 RIC Properties is looking for a candidate to manage multiple properties & construction projects for a portfolio of commercial properties in Cambridge, Isanti, Otsego and the north metro area. The position requires a leader with demonstrated resourcefulness, problem formulation and ability to make tenable decisions. Good business administration, customer relations, and communication skills, and experience with maintenance of building structures, HVAC systems, parking lots, grounds and coordination of construction projects are fundamental to this position. Each member of our team is self-motivated and has a strong service mind set. Base compensation will be commensurate with experience. In addition commissions will be paid for business development, sales and leasing.
