To receive your directory, please come to the north parking lot of the MSCA Office Building - 8120 Penn Avenue South, Bloomington MN 55431. Call Emma at (952) 292-2416 and let her know you have arrived, and who you will be picking up directories for, and a description of your car. Then just pull up to the north entrance doors and we will bring the directories out to your car!
