 Penn Lowry Crossing is our most recent mixed use development located at the southeast corner of Penn Avenue North and Lowry Avenue North in Minneapolis. Anchor tenants such as Aldi Grocery Store, Family Dollar and Resources, Inc. are part of this vibrant commercial corridor. The combination of these three strong tenants provide the critical mass for a successful retail center. This re-energized hub of retail activity is spurring new investment on the other three corners of this intersection and provides a strong sense of "place" to this important commercial node.

Penn-Lowry Crossing construction consists of brick exteriors with stucco accents, extensive landscaping, and brick detailing recalling the earlier days of north Minneapolis. Penn-Lowry corner is the center of this neighborhood's retail activity.
