 Lyndale Crossroads Outlot is a 1.75 acre site was acquired by Wellington Management, Inc. in 2007. The site is located on West 94th Street and Lyndale Avenue South in Bloomington.

In December 2011, Wellington Management completed construction on the remaining 1.25 acres with a Dairy Queen Grill and Chill on the northeast corner of the site.

WELLINGTON MANAGEMENT, INC. acquired Lyndale Crossroads Outlot in 2007 and provides all leasing and property management services.
