2010 MSCA Committees
Research/Retail Report
The Research Committee meets as needed March through November to prepare the annual MSCA Retail Real Estate Report. This report summarizes key areas of concern for the state's shopping center industry, as well as provides a detailed summary of rents, common area charges and taxes for each center that answers the survey put out by the committee. Broker contacts are also included in this report, in an attempt to make it easier for prospective tenants (and their brokers) to reach lease agreements on vacant space. The committee's findings are presented in an oral presentation at the MSCA November meeting.
