Research Committee

The Research Committee meets as needed March through November to prepare the annual MSCA Retail Real Estate Report. This report summarizes key areas of concern for the state's shopping center industry, as well as provides a comprehensive listing of over 400 properties, including property addresses and broker contacts, in the major Minnesota markets. The committee's findings, and the release of the report, are presented at the MSCA November meeting.
