How do I use the online shopping cart?

  • Click the shopping cart icon, located on the far right of the menu bar.
  • Select Add a Member or Guest  to start filling your virtual shopping cart. Click Continue as Member.
  • Enter your Member ID and Password and your information will come up on the page.
    If you are a non-member, choose Continue as Guest, and fill out the required information.
  • Click Add Item or Registration.
  • Simply add any item(s) or program(s) from the menu and click Select.
  • Select Checkout, and complete the Billing Information page to complete your checkout. You will receive a confirmation sent to your email for your records.

How do I search the directory? (members-only)

  • Sign-in with your Member ID and Password and click the Search Directory link on the upper right of the page.
  • Select Search By to start your search (Company, Member, Category or Client Representation).
  • Select Search For to enter specific name.
  • Select name of contact. MSCA member profile will appear.
  • Download member information into your email contacts. Simply click Download v-card in the upper right corner of the profile and select Open in the pop-up window.
  • Review all of the information and then click on Save & Close in the upper left hand window.

How do I update my online member profile?

  • Sign-in with your Member ID and Password and click the Account Settings and Profile link on the upper right of the page.
  • From this page, you will be able to modify settings for your MSCA online member profile: update member bio, provide a new personal photo, update your address and company information or change your password.

How do I find past MSCA Connect Online Newsletters?

  • Click on the Resources tab on the top menu bar.
  • Click on Newsletter.
  • Browse by year
  • View Headlines. Select month desired under Link - click desired month.
  • Open with Adobe Reader. PDF of MSCA newsletter will open
